For anyone who wants to know, the OTS-38 is completely silent because the ammunition has a plunger between the propellant and the slug. The propellant when fired pushes the plunger forwards which pushes slug forward and then seals itself against the top of the casing, trapping all gas inside and therefore all sound. This makes it so the gun itself firing makes no noise, the only noise is the mechanism of the gun and the whoosh of the air. There are a bunch of pistols similar to this that were developed by Russia through the Cold War, some still in use today.

Its still on my to-do list but it's a big project and Anton is so prolific that I have trouble keeping up with just the regular updates, so it'll be a while longer yet. I'll definitely get to it eventually but the only ETA I can give you is "some time between now and hell freezing over (or when Anton decides he's finished with the game and releases a 1.0 release, whichever happens first)"
