Hi should we wait for 90 days from date of filing the application to expedite ? I raised one and got denied , I had put financial loss and medical condition and I was wondering if it because I expedited before 90 days of filing .

Generally, if there's an urgency and a basis to file an expedited request sooner than 90 days, you should make the request.

I am a h4 wife from 4 years now and I have no job/kids.i have h4 visa approved but not stamped. how do I build a case to expediate my h4 ead for example: show financial loss since I've never worked in usa . should I wait for a particular time period before trying to expediate?
