What code are you using to ramp down the spindle speed on the fly cutter? It's not just M05, is it? I've got a heavy tool that I'd like to do the same thing with. Thanks in advance!

***** Spindle speed is declared by the code "Sx", where 'x' is the speed in RPM. M05 is Spindle Stop, I believe.

+Noor Izzah NZ you must create a main program with code "G" for going firts in the 1 subprogram for sx, then for "c" axe or you going for a 1 program but the problem is combine the random programs the simplest way its programming the safe zone "z" upper the "z" axe (soory im italian i not speak well XP) so....combine programs for your boss its booooring XP

Yeah, that acceleration/deceleration is slow. Just as bad as the machines I'm on, but they have the excuse of being almost 15 years old. Hard to justify a faster toolpath to go from 8000rpm to 12,000rpm when the tool spends more time spinning than the cut. Makes better sense to keep the chip-to-chip time the same by only going to 6,000rpm and less wear on the spindle. 12,000rpm for one or two holes is kinda pointless in the long run. I still think this video is pretty good though. Quite nice to show us. :)

+TheLoiskis 6k rmp maybe for a tool like mill x5 tooth and Fo.15mm mp or 1320mm\min XP more o less with asportation rateo to o.5mm in "z"axe (soory im italian)
