I feel bad for Innis. Gets Protect Broken and its second wind crumbles in an instant. Morgana really did a rush job pushing this one out, and it shows.

In a lot of later fights against Phases, I'd have a caster and a melee and then as Kite, I would be the healer. It kept us well spread out to avoid those crazy high-damage spells you find later on.

According to Another Birth the party that defeated Innis was Kite, BlackRose, and Elk.

Every data bug and Phase does this, actually. They ARE impossible to kill without Data Drain, because that red that appears will fill back up after enough damage.

Lol, I was around level 36 when I did this...annnnd it was more of a pain getting down to the floor, I just skipped the whole field....and we used the same parties yay!

I didn't bother with a wavemaster in this fight, I was decent enough in magic to have Black Rose and Sanjuro chase the thing while I focused on healing and support. Ha, I just love the contrast between the phase battle and Avatar battle in terms of fighting styles.

I used Moonstone over Elk/Mistral simply because its immune to spells.

Its the first steps of the Morgonna phases This is bsed off the anime .hack//Sign you play as Kite behind the scenes apparently destroying the phases. the Avatar's are upgraded version's used on people instead of against.

Keep in mind Innis only used one special attack and Visions of Seif once when I fought him. This was with Natsume in the party too.

There was a japanese only ps2 version that was online but with no voicing and there was eventually a pc version in english and 1 3rd party server that runs it but its better to play them properly or if they would remaster
