Consistency is the KEY! What time is the best for you = usually early mornings are better. (WAKE UP EARLY) Plan good and see your real progress. Remove distractions. (PLAN) Test and quiz yourself. (Writing code, CTFs, ..) Start with easy goals. (REALISTIC)

I am mostly a theoretical person but i do need the practical part. I would say that I am 70% theoretical and 30% practical. Most of my life its been easier to read books and to practice after. I have always had mayor problems with classrom learning. Even if i love the subject it has always been difficult to stay focused and listen to the educator. Lately though i get stressed everytime i think about reading which makes it difficult to get things going. I have started with my medication again and for some reason its been easier to listen now. Still difficult to stay focused on the person talking but its a lot easier than before. My current plan is to focus on KZbin videos that i have found. Some of yours and some other channels. Mix in some practice and find a way to take notes. And later on try to mix in reading books. Hopefully things will work out. :) Thanks for the thoughts/tips and a good channel.

wow, I feel exactly the same way. Always easier for me to research (a LOT), at home, becuase I dont understand it well, when someone personally explain something to me, face to face (or in a class room).
