Herc was a beast! One of those guys who were as strong or stronger than their gimmick implied. When cutting a promo with Cornette he literally said, “10 Dianabol a day” as he flexed a double bicep pose. 😂

Herc was big and ripped but Hacksaw was bigger and stronger. Very few wrestlers could match Prime Hacksaw. Too bad he went to WWF and got gimmicked. Thanks alot Vince.

I'm not sure who the chairman of this wrestling industry was, but he or she did a phenomenal job with this match's choreography! I miss when professional wrestling had such extremely muscular performers who were in fact REAL men! Jim Duggan and Ray Fernandez were both extremely buff bad asses! This is the way REAL men are supposed to be! I miss the eighties because that was a much simpler time and degeneracy was almost completely unheard of! Rest In Peace Raymond Constantine Fernandez! Yes. That is King. A few weeks before this match during a TV studio match of mid South wrestling Sonny ran it to save Duggan. Hernandez used Duggan board to hit king repeatedly in the shoulder giving him an injury and he could not wrestle for several weeks.
