gg - great run! I was curious why nimble limbs is the best thing hermes could offer (and not nimble mind)? Also noticed you forgo channel speed for sprint speed at chaos, but that makes sense for mourning fields.

@@shreshthanigans channel speed unfortunately does not work on Charon's omega special! Special speed works on the omega special. It is a bit weird like that. That's why the epic special speed from Hermes was the best thing as it was a multiplicative 20% DPS increase!

Curious about "Don't want anything from Apollo" at the end of Erebus as Perfect Image is just free damage, Super Nova and Back Burner both have positives even if marginal, and his legendary would be quite strong even if you had to take Nova Strike for it. You generally have an abundance of gold in this game, so the opportunity cost of buying a boon from him at that point seems pretty low; I don't think 150g would have made a difference at any future point in the run. Fight Fight Fight is never active for any bonus for Chronos, as you likely know (as there are always 3 more fields rooms, fountain room, and 7 Tartarus rooms before Chronos); not sure how much of a difference that extra HP usually makes in the rooms beforehand?

The damage Apollo can give is marginal indeed, and the risk of having 90 gold after buying his boon is too high to be worth it. I'm looking to buy Spark of Ixion after this and any Special/Cast/Omega/Speed boost in the well of Charon, which will cost gold too. I might not encounter any gold until Oceanus midshop where I definitely want to be able to buy an Aphrodite boon (high prio for Sunny Disposition) Also unfortunately Apollo legendary does not work with Giga Cleaver. It does not fire a second special. For Fight Fight Fight you're right, in an ideal run you don't pick it. I got it to calm my nerves and help with the Cerberus fight to make sure I don't die (dying resets heart breaker and is a big time loss in that fight)
