It's very cool. But it does look a bit odd, because the doors are still standard "4/5" door size. Usually they make them bigger(longer) on 2/3 door cars.

LANCIA was more than a name, it was a unique blend of practicality, innovation & Batshit crazy. I'm convinced that when Lancia interviewed engineers they put them in an empty room, told them to draw something and only hired the guys who ate the crayons. IMO Eugenio would have been a perfect Lancia fit, he's nailed the essence of the brand with these cars.

what first stood out to me in terms of detail of the body is how everything looks so well put together, I really got the impression that the parts were made for each other on a personal level, and I think the tail lights played a big part in that. This looks like something that was designed by people who wanted to make something they would love drive.

Completely disagree. Black nose makes it look like some old Seat, and if it ever was a 2-door the B-pillar would’ve been futher back. The proportions now are still ”4-door” - its far from what would have come from factory.

With maybe a few cutaways (but short and intermittent). With the dialogue over the car noises.
