Polygraphs are not admissible in TX. They also only ask yes or no questions. Could be they can't use the so called confession if it was done during a polygraph. If he just blurted it out, that may be used.

It WASN'T a 'yes' resonse to them asking! And then the next question "who should we be looking at?" Meaning...who should the police look into for whomever was responsible for Hailey's disappearance ....And his response was "us"(indicating himself AND Hailey's mother!). So hopefully that helps to clarify the spreading of misinformation!! Btw...its not as though they are super close to Scurrey county....its LITERALLY 20 MILES! So for him to pin point that EXACT county🤔. And he names himself AND Hailey's mom! ~And yes....typically you are Only asked Yes or No questions... However its truly up to the polygraph administrator(either way polygraph tests aren't admissible in court) so in some cases where police are desperate they can let the polygraph administrator know that they're desperate and to go ahead and ask open-ended questions to the individual being tested because there's a missing CHILD...& time is of the essence in cases where adolescents are involved ...that way they can get actual answers as to where the missing person/ or body can be found, as well as who is responsible for the crime that had occurred, because you can still see the same physiological responses that the body gives off for each answer that is given under the duress of lying and dishonesty, which indicates decption on the polygraph test which is a good indicator that the individual is lying!!

I honestly think the Billie had nothing to do with the murder. I think that she was abusing some combination of drugs/alcohol and he was taking advantage of her daughter while she was inhibited or away at work. I think that she suspected him immediately after the disappearance and lied to potentially keep him from being a suspect, not because she loved him more than her daughter, but because her first presumption was that her boyfriend was innocent. She had an alibi for the time of the disposal at minimum, and she reacted normally after the disappearance until the party. But who knows until we get more evidence and information.

Colorado City is about 12 miles from my home town where I currently live in Texas. And everyone around here knows that he's the one who did it. He dated one of my best friends in high school and he was abusive and crazy... she told me some really disturbing stories about how he treated her. He killed Haley and they just don't have enough evidence to convict him yet. I pray that they will find it eventually.

I’m in no way victim shaming..but if you leave your kid home alone for 12 hours and then told by your boyfriend who’s not your kids father that she went to a sleepover, first off, I’d be pissed my daughter didn’t call ask me as her mom and primary caregiver if that’s alright. Same old story: moms new boyfriend hits on the teenage daughter, possibly molests her, mom finds out and is enraged with the child - not the boyfriend. Mom chooses boyfriend and needs to get rid of the shiny new toy catching his eye. Probably boyfriend’s idea, “If she’s gone I won’t be looking/touching her.” And then daughter disappears. Or, boyfriend accidentally killed her while assaulting her or killed her after he assaulted her and she says she’s gonna tell on him. Either way, I’m sure her mom know what happened.

Follow up. He had her body in the vehicle he was driving... that's why he left work that morning so abruptly...to drive to dispose of it. That's obvious. Did police get vehicle for evidence? And...I wonder if her body has evidence of chainsaw use.
