Ladies, she is right. Glow up now. Don't let anybody's son play with you. Don't settle for less. Set standards and boundaries. Take it from a woman who is 41. The things I know now I wish I knew back then. This generation is winning because of all the available knowledge. Nobody was telling me to build wealth etc. If you start in your 20’s you can be chilling in your 40s

Birds of a feather flock together, if you have friends or are around people who don’t align with you or have characteristics you wish to have PLEASE REMOVE YOURSELF! Because that’s the honest reason I did so bad in my 20s, even though I noticed toxic traits, I thought I stood out and their characteristics wouldn’t rub off on me, I was so wrong! They broke my spirit, which lead to bad decisions because I didn’t know my worth…in short they broke me and it took so long to recover from it (majority of my 20s), I didn’t want people to look at me and I lost all the confidence I had within myself, so now I’m starting to rebuild in my late 20s. The best I can describe it is if you put good fruit 🍉 amongst bad fruit, eventually it will become rotten 😢

Babe there are so many of us who are learning many of these things in their 30's. My work friend is now learning to stand up for herself and I am learning now to be happy without friends. I feel your early 30's is like 20's with more money for many of us. Working on being happy alone, grinidng for a better job and loving all the parts of me. This is a good video for us too.. ❤️

Listen to her ladies! I just turned 30 and I think knowing I was going into my 30s, FORCED me to re-evaluate my life. It’s going to be a journey but going into my 30s with a healthier mindset was crucial for me. It’s okay that I didn’t have a traditional 20s, or life really. All that matters is that I’m on the right path now, and it’s thanks to ladies like you Hailey! 💜💜

Turning 28 in two months and couldn’t agree more with all your points! 6:42 when you mentioned that not everyone will like us I truly agree. Ever since i was a kid i took it to heart when people didn’t like me I damn near made it my mission to change myself in order to be liked it could’ve been a stranger on the street who didn’t like me and I would mold myself and …get this …dim my own light so people could like me 🤦🏽‍♀️. Now that I’m closer to my 30’s if anyone tells me that they don’t like me (and they do tell me) I just tell them get in line 🤷🏽‍♀️. Silence is so powerful in the right circumstances ! Also forgot to mention but I no longer dim own light either as hard as it is.

I wish I had a Hailey in my 20s bc boy they were rough. I just turned 35 (shoutout to ♒️ szn) and am now in my prime. I’ve settled into myself and have the most peace and joy I’ve ever had in my entire life. A lot of it is due to setting boundaries and not entertaining conversations and relationships (including friendships) that aren’t healthy and conducive. Great advice Hailey! You are helping so many young women with this!❤

I’m only 18 and alot of things in the video I already do and have re-affirmed everything for me. I’ve been getting my body right (currently on a weight loss journey with intermittent fasting!), I’m starting to now take care of my skin (not just on my face, but my body using the products from your leg routine), and I’ve always been a loner so it’s no biggie bc I’m an only child. I think I’m on the right track. Plus I learned even more especially about doing what you desire. Thank you Halley and everyone in the comments giving advice❤

I am a HUGE fan of this community; Im also a woman in my 40s. So, id like to share a few things with the Babes in their 20s. If i could go back in time and throw some wisdom out for "Me-in-my-20s" , these are the major points i would make to myself before getting back in the DeLorean (and if THAT time travel refernce didnt clearly show my age... 😂🤣🤣): 1.)Take Care of YOUR TEETH!!! The way you use and abuse your body throughout your 20s and on shows up in the condition of your teeth. And worse still? Bad teeth affect the delicate microbiome in your mouth and therefore, your breath. Yeahhh. So, even though we are super busy partying and dating and making bank...take EXCELLENT care of your teeth, your gums, your tongue, etc. It will save you embarassment later, when things naturally get harder anyway. 2.)Moisturize your hands like CRAZY! Listen, just like teeth, hands show your age. Only, you cant really hide your hands! Especially YOU, since you talk with your hands!😂 Please, start moisturizing those puppies, now! Every time you wash your hands? Lotion. Keep a cute tube of lotion in your purse and just re-apply throughout the day, as needed. And trust me, its always needed. The skin on your hands is actually very thin, especially around the knuckles....which is why people develop wrinkles there so easily! Lotion is your best friend, so pick a good one...something that not onky hydrates, but also provides a barrier of protection. Which leads me to my next point!!! 3.) SUNSCREEN!!!! 🤨 You heard me. Sunscreen. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen. Girl, lookat my decollete! We can play dot-to-dot with all these daggum freckles!!! 😂Now, you run here, walk there, sot next to the window in the car or whatever...and you think "its only a minute or so...its not even direct sunlight"! Well, all that "indirect sunlight" still counts and all those "couple minutes" in the sun add up! And look here....we coulda had creamy peaches n milk skin...but you had to say no thank you to the sunscreen every morning!!! So, heres what i want you to do: wear sunscreen! Its annoying i know, i know...but its such a slight inconvenience...and it will absolutely 💯 prevent most, if not ALL, of these here dark spots! Yes, if you wear sunscreen, on your face, and your body, every single day, you wont end up with all these weird moles, the extea freckles....heck, even MOST of these here wrinkles wont ever show up! Especially on your decollete and neck, girlie! Sunscreen. Daily! 4.)Skin Care... You are doing great. You wash your face daily and moisturize nightly from face to chest (remember ladies: a wise woman once said that skincare ends at the n1ppl3s!❤ so be mindful!) Just like Gramma taught us. And for all that? Well, when we put our dentures in, we still get CARDED at 40 big years old girl! Yasss, looking like we are still 17 or sum! THAT is the power and MAGIC of daily skincare...especially moisturizing. ❤ 5.) "We regret the things we DONT do, more than the things we actually DO."-Mark Twain So true. I cant say that Id change much about how i handled my 20s...but there is A LOT i wish i had just gone ahead and DONE IT while i had the friggin chance!❤ So, to quote another crazy man : "Do it!!! Just...DO IT!!!"-Shia LaBeouf😂 And, Finally... 6.)Get into therapy now. I know the idea of it p1sses you off right now. I know babes. And it should. It should stir up anger. But you arent mad at the therapy. You are mad at all the hurts...the pain you are swallowing and bodying, left and right. It WILL catch up to you. All I can say is...try therapy babes. YOU deserve the peace it will eventually bring. But listen, you gotta be patient, and you gotta do the work, girl. You cant just go in there off your stupid B.S. and talk your way out of this. You know how you tell your life story like its nothing? Like its a graphic novel or a Soap Opera? Well, thats a form of "detachment". And you WILL try to detach at first. Its our defense mechanism. And at first it will seem likr nothing is happening. Like you and the therapist are just going back and forth like a game of Pickle Ball set to torture mode. But! Then, one day, something will click. And soon, you will find yourself, well, finding your self!!! Ohhhh, i want this for you so bad! 😍 ❤ It will save you 20+ more years of bad relationships, abus3, betrayal, possibly even prevent catastrophic events set into motion BY all the trauma from your past being regurgitated, rehashed, and relived, like a vicious, never-ending cycle.😢 Well, thats it. Thats my list. I hope that helps someone out there. 😊 Sending love and light to everyone...sending lots of well wishes to the younger generation of women! Please Keep making your Superb content Miss Hailey! I love it! It keeps me going while i do my workouts or my housekeeping! So inspirational! ☺️ 😊

i Just turned 25 this January, and you definitely are changing my entire mindset. It's something I've always known deep down inside to start but its better to start now than never. I grew up very athletic and relatively healthy, but after entering my 20's especially after 23 and living alone for the first time I didn't understand the right way to take care of myself and kept putting myself second compared to the external things in life. and reality is, those external goals and opportunities will only come when you are healing and vibrating at a higher energy and that will only come if you decide to put yourself first and actually take care of your insides. I'm so happy I came across your account because it feels like you're the big sis I never had 💖
