And well I was just in love with me then I met my husband and started loving him and then I had my first and girl I let it all go because I just loved this journey of mother hood and my baby then the 2nd came and I was hot with ppd , little to say I lost me completely and just about 2 years ago I started to care for me mentally and physically. And now I’m going back to who I was and I have no regrets if I say so my husband loves it even more . But yes being a mother is rewarding but hard . Now I fully understand my mom . Love that woman .

For the people who wear press on nails, BTart box are the BEST, and don’t give you that fake look some press on nails have. They look like acrylics, like you actually got them done at the salon, and they last a month (if prepped properly)! I think gel-x press on nails overall are better than your traditional ones

A lot of people just need a really good cleaning and an orthodontist. Definitely sonicate, probiotics, good floss, tongue scraper and xylitol mouthwash. I've found people see a film or tartar on their teeth and it definitely can makes one teeth look "chunky" and dull. Ortho treatments can be very affordable and life changing. The confidence is priceless.

For those considering veneers, please keep in mind that the fail rate for veneers and implants is high. You will likely need to get them redone within 10 to 15 years. Not to be taken lightly for a cosmetic fix especially given the cost.

But I’m not sure people should be concerned so much with the cost, but rather the impact it could have on your life by damaging your own teeth for purely a cosmetic reason… and then having to maintain fake teeth for decades to come. The recurring cost of air travel or fixing damages and veneers that have fallen off will surely add up to be more than just whitening professionally or finding less invasive/permanent ways to make your real teeth look and feel nice. Saying this as someone who almost got veneers as a teen for some of my teeth.

Honestly I just realized, having colors and shapes and everything on my nails is just not important to me. I haven’t gone to the nail salon and I don’t buy anything at all except cuticle oil and hand lotion for my nails. I upkeep them nice and clean, and honestly I’ve saved about 1k in the past 3 years since giving it up. I would rather spend my time and money on other beauty skincare items, that I highly recommend to shift your focus away from nails. I know it’s important to a lot of women, but nails are so temporary and changing all the time to simply leave them be might be a good option for some!

For those with hyperpigmentation issues as a result to hair growth. I highly recommend laser hair removal. I went to a shop/salon/spa and it helped prices were about the same as if I got waxed and its more permanent results. The money was worth it with how much I saved in not having to pay for treatments and serums for the hyperpigmentation

Great tips! The gym is my hobby so I have one more expensive gym membership and one for my personal trainer who I see twice a week. Love my gym that has the sauna. I love classpass! i’m not interested in any injections, so I haven’t explored this myself but people can sign up to be botox/filler models for medspas and training programs for esthetic nurses! you just pay for the price of the materials, so it is much cheaper. my sister did something similar with microblading with an esthetician, as well 🎀

I literally started my Scent Bird Subscription about the week after you posted the video talking about your favorite perfumes! I'm 2 months in and I've loved both scents so far.
