A few things I want to clarify before the comments come in: 1. Nothing wrong with ANY career choice you choose for yourself (it’s your life and that’s none of my business) when discussing being called a stripper/escort repeatedly by old rich women it felt like it had racist undertones and stereotypical. That’s why I was always stunned to hear that. 2. You can want a provider and still be a strong successful woman as well! If you want to stay at home and not work COOL, if you want to chase the bag COOL. Either way a man in your life should PROVIDE and alleviate burdens.. or else why is he there ? 3. Be passionate and unapologetic not everyone is going to agree with you and that’s OKAY. You need to like and love yourself and nurture the relationships where people do value you ❤ Love you all stay blessed and different

Whenever people want to bring up "modest dress" and "dressing sexily", it's important to think about racial bias. Categorically, people tend to over-sexualize and fetishize women of color. If you are built a certain way a "modest" item of clothing might still "look sexy" on you, but you should not be confined by or weighed down by people's perceptions and projections. People who want what you have will always look for a way to degrade or discredit!

Yuppp. That story about your mom is very much true and believable because it happens everyday. I use to work with a RN who only worked one shift a month and is married to a very very respectable Harvard Neuro Vascular Surgeon. Her RN peers hateeeeeee her and she is the kindest person. So sad. Working out, eating good, dressing better, styling my hair, getting in touch with my spirituality, educating myself, and letting go of everything that doesn’t serve me. You better have less body count too before you call yourself ‘’high value women’’. High body count doesn’t make you high value woman at all, it downgrades your value, a tip…..High value means: self-respect, loyal, empathetic, supportive, less body counts, no cheating, taking care of yourself. Those things make you high value. Same goes to men….

Salut 👋👋Hailey! I can relate to your story about living in an affluent neighborhood as a POC and being gossiped about. I too was living in one of the nicest, predominantly Caucasians neighborhoods in Austin, TX. People used to give me the looks every time I would go for a walk. Granted, I am a dark-skinned, bearded black man with strong facial features. To many people, that is "intimidating" or "threatening". I have seen women grabbing their purses when I get into the elevators. Little do they know I am such a softy I couldn't hurt a butterfly let alone a human being lol, unless I have to defend myself. I could tell people where dying to know what I was doing for a living do be able able to afford that lifestyle. Great video as usual!

I've allowed that to cause chronic self-doubt, always blaming myself, thinking I'm being selfish/cocky, self-sabotaging & allowing others' perceptions to keep me smaller. This year I started working in a new industry and boy was it TOUGH! I remember thinking to myself what if I’m not good enough for this job & before I could even finish the thought God spoke to me and literally “I put you there” popped up in my mind OMG knowing I’m the daughter of the creator of all of this and he I’m worthy enough for my God omg that was all I needed. I refuse to think any less of myself ever again.

Love you Hailey, love your insights on these topics. Please keep up your amazing work. The fact that people whom you thought once cared about you just change and gets judgemental when you level up is so true, but instead of getting bothered we need to shine on and not shrink for anyone!

What you say from 3:32 to 3:55 struck a cord so strongly with me, I had to rewind it. I have always sabotaged myself becoming great. I have reverted back to things so many times, almost as if I view myself as an object worthy of wrath/ destruction. I'm coming out of this thinking, but I still have some destructive behaviors that resurrect when I'm nearing breakthrough... Thank you for this, I am taking heed to what you're sharing...

Had to come back and re watch this video again. I am so obsessed with leveling up, and you are a huge part of it. I'm not kidding when I say you have changed my life for the better. I was already working on healing, but you helped me get to a place in the journey I hadn't touched before. So grateful for you

i really wasn't planning on commenting on any of the hailmas videos, not because i don't loooovee the content, but because i counted myself out of possibly winning the comp, without giving myself a fair chance. afterall you miss every shot you don't take. I've been loving these

I have noticed that many "friends" of mine would hate that I had a job. It was a small teenager job back in high school but I wasn't making a lot. Once I started earning more, people would complain about everything to me and I realized that they were not good friends. Needless to say, I am no longer friends with these girls

Out of all of the content creators in your niche that I follow, the way you speak resonates with me the most. It’s the woman-loving, no-bs, empowering realness ! I feel like you are my longtime friend that I’ve been needing in my life! Ever since I started watching your channel I’ve been leveling up day by day. Miss girl if you ever made a podcast one day I will be TUNED IN !!! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us ❤

It probably took your old neighbors in your old apartment YEARS to accumulate that level of wealth, that when a young successful woman walks in and accumulated all that on her OWN at such a young age, it’s threatening to them. Whether they’d admit it or not. When people talk down to me for no reason, I genuinely ask “are you okay?” or “wow, I’m shocked you think it’s appropriate to say that out loud.” 🤣 Looking forward to more of your content and success in 2024 🎉💙

Wow! Hailey I just want to thank you so much. You are truly an amazing person and I appreciate every video you make in efforts to help women of all ages. I'm 22 years old, and you have helped guide me an many ways along my journey. Very touching video, I swear idk how I would make it through my twenties without a big sister guidance from you. Much love Hailey! may god continue to bless you.
