I'm turning 32 years old this year and I've been watching your videos for the past few months and I have to say the change is exceptional. I started my sober and health journey in January and I feel amazing. My attitude has changed,my co-workers are always happy to be around me. I'm only 17 but I listen to her videos because although I am young i know what I want. And as I grow everyday if what I want no longer works for me then i would adjust that. A lot of people I tell that to think I'm crazy for my high expectations because I am young, and sometimes makes me think I will never find love. But my thing is that I know what I want, period. I am only 2 minutes into the video but I wanted to point out with self worth is that (for me) it’s not all of what’s been done to me especially in childhood and life in general but what I’ve done to others that makes me have low self worth. The things in my past that I am trying to forgive myself for that are hard to accept and realize that I’m not that same person or child that I was before. I needed this! I had a guy who pursued me hard telling me how much he really, really, really, liked me. Looked out for me in a very dangerous situation was taking lunches with me the whole 9 just to turn around and hurt me emotionally. I cried because I actually got pissed at myself for allowing him in my emotional space and actually thought he was being sincere but I felt he was playing in my face and I told him I have to remove myself from the situation. He got upset because of that and we are now in a weird space. I'm realizing that I did make the right choice letting him know I can't stay in a space of uncertainty.

There are many KZbin content creators that strive to provide self betterment content, but I have to be honest and say YOU TOP THE CHARTS above them all. Your energy and aura is authentic, genuine, honest, and REAL. Your spirit is so powerful that the moment you start speaking not only am I tuned in to everything you say, but if i came to your video feeling down I left feeling renewed and ready to conquer my goals. I am 27 and I have made A LOT of mistakes in my past, but I am not super hard on myself anymore because those bad decisions is what gave me the knowledge I have today. I want to say that last summer was probably one of the worst summers of my life and it was all due to me not knowing my self worth. I fought his baby mama…I set his car on fire. I was constantly making videos on tic tok complaining about our relationship. It was until last sept when I lost my 120K a year job due to me being distracted by all that drama I let him go. I go to Yoga now, I’m taking my health more seriously. He still reaches out I block him on every number and every social media platform. I just wanted to share my piece and say you genuinely are one of my favorite self-help youtuber rn. There are so many, who say the same things, but don't really give personal experiences. If they do, it doesn't sound genuine (even if it is). There's something about you that feels really genuine and I love how you give your progression, successes, things you've changed. I'm currently 19 and really trying to find more acceptance in myself. I noticed ever since last year, my freshman year of college, I have really gotten down on myself because of my new experiences with guys (I came into college so naive with no experience, you can only imagine what a HELL that was LMAO). Im currently 24 and finally learning self worth and coming to love myself. I grew up a privileged kid with both parents never worried about how I looked BUT a chronic illness that always made me feel less than my friends and family. Growing up it only got worse once I realized it stopped me from having stable relationships because of my health and how it affected others around me. Because of it I choose the wrong people to date and a horrible friend group, I ended up being a really disobedient and rebellious teenager but I wanted so badly to fit in and be 'normal', it hurts even now as an adult still feeling like im 16 and trapped in that same era of needing genuine love and compassion but always choosing people who dont give it to me because I dont even give it to myself.

You are adding courage in me. only I can chose the mindset & direction that I want to be in. Their is one action in me that has been the toughest to control. In the anxious section you said “no matter how anxious you get (over something), only god can control that” I never felt that I can see it from a different point of view by a simple sentence like that.
