Walking! Yes! Walking directly after meals also reduces the glucose/insulin spikes and helps with regulating blood sugar. Also, walking just 5 minutes is what first got me off the couch. I promised myself just a 5 minute walk per day and now that’s turned into three 10-15 minute walks, at least, per day. The forward movement of walking also does something for the brain bc it creates a momentum for movement MENTALLY from the physical movement. 😮 Walking is everything!

I've hit a point in my life where I am realizing that I don't have anyone in my life who has the desire to level themselves up as I do and it's been feeling a bit lonely, honestly. I don't need to lose weight per say, but I keep up with your weight loss/overall glow up journey to feel connected to other powerful women who also want to better themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, etc. Keep working, keep the vision in the forefront. Don’t wait for them, start to level up and you will attract those that are leveling up. You have to start first and maybe when they see you your friends will follow suit or leave space for those that do.

Officially down 20 pounds in 3 months since the beginning of this year. Just purchased some cute gym sets from gym shark even though I only workout at home (usually they are a bit pricey for me but they just had a sale and they really do snatch your waist in) and a new yoga mat! I walk 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, intermittent fast (I eat between 12pm and 8pm, 1600 to 1800 calories), strenght train 4 days a week and cardio 2 days a week (using 2 15lb dumbbells). I also only drink water or tea and take oxyshred to give me energy during my workout since I usually do it at 8pm after a long day of work. At my heaviest weight at 170 lbs (I'm 5'5") I was a size 13 in jeans. I was just able to fit comfortably into a 7 after getting down to 150 lbs! I'm no longer considered overweight based on my BMI. Working on losing another 20 pounds by Summer. Your videos are so motivating, thank you!

Congrats ! This is what I’m trying to do too! I’m 5’6 170 lbs but size 8 pants , so crazy how we all carry weight differently, want to go down in pants size 😊 to fit into former clothes . Need to be motivated like you ❤

Walking is so undervalued! I started off my weight loss/tone up journey by simply just walking no less than 2 miles a day and intermittent fasting. It helped soooo much! The first thing I noticed was a drastic change in my face and then the weight dropped off elsewhere. Now I do Pilates accompanied with walking but the walking in the beginning gave me a head start into more physical activity.

When you go to more than one physician for different things, and they tell you, you don’t need to lose weight 🙄. Both were men. It’s about how one feels about themselves, not what someone else defines for them. I don’t mean being at an unhealthy weight, I mean still within the range of “normal” height-weight. I need this for me!

Walking is key, the way I’m working out is, I sign up for group classes, sometimes when starting out you don’t know what to do, but the classes are already planned, all you have to do is show up for you.I started with Hot Yoga ,body pump, hip hop cycling, and hit deep water class. ❤ what you do. Great video Your tips are amazing. I love your view on cooking.

2 of her tips I’ve always done that work well together for me: Although I work out at home, I always put a cute matching outfit out AND I pretend I’m an athlete in training OR I’m filming a workout video- that makes me concentrate on my form and complete each exercise to a T, because the cameras (in my mind) are rolling! 😂

Slowly getting slimmer, started out slim before I worked out for 2 years, mainly weight training. Gave me a monstrous appetite, fasting does help reduce appetite, yogurt seems to calm it down too. Glad a lot of people are on the weight loss bandwagon for content

So happy to see your post, glad you enjoyed yourself! Im down 20 lbs since February because of you! I have 4 kids and am the smallest ive been since before kids. My youngest is 3 months old. Im a muslim (alhamdulillah), I have a bike and treadmill in my garage so ive been doing 45 min cycling workouts. Once Ramadan is over I plan on incorporating weights from home. I live better when I focus on the positives to things like well balanced meals (I love veggies now because I know how to prepare them and I love how they make me feel) regular exercise (noticing the endorphins right after exercise and looking forward to that rather than just noticing how hard it is to start), prioritizing sleep (I set a bedtime alarm so I don't mindlessly scroll half the night away), etc. My biggest challenge has been just believing I am worth the care, but when I just go and do it, I know I feel so much better and am so much more capable.

I've been making time in the day to be more active and make better decisions when living a healthier lifestyle. I'm heading back to the gym this week, going back on long walks while having vegetables with at least two meals each day. I'm 75/80lns down and feeling so much better, I'm not even depressed anymore. I did start talking to my therapist about my ED over the past couple of weeks and have HW.

honestly I feel like I work hard everyday, but I don’t see much results, so I usually fall into a slump and get back to my bad habits. However I’ll never reach my goals if I give up that easily, so I try to stay on track. People take me as someone obsessive and weird for wanting to become the best version I can be and I can’t seem to find me my glowing up buddy 😩 Personally losing weight has become a huge part of my life and hopefully I’ll reach the weight I want. After working on my self for the past couple months I can definitely say I feel much happier and stronger, so don’t you give up on your goals even if they seem impossible! Being consistent and showing up is the most important thing. You just need to START then everything will be much easier. I’m rooting for y’all babes, DONT GIVE UP!

Your communication is amazing! I've been a big girl my whole life so I've had many of the "you need to eat better and exercise more" talks. I have pcos so weight is and will always be an issue. I have heard a lot of these suggestions before, but the way you speak is so sweet and encouraging! It legit helped reclick me with the whole goal in this. I am currently the biggest I've ever been and I'm trying so hard to get back to a normal weight for me. Thank you for making this video

I've been on a journey since your videos. It's a struggle, but I'm it's been baby steps. I feel like I hit a plateau, but I started to incorporate walking. I have a lot of weight to lose, but these videos I watch them over & over bc it's keeps me motivated, I feel encouraged & accountable. Right, it's just dropping the weight. Once I do that, then I'll focus on building more my body. Love all your videos.

So cool walking after meals was tip number 8. I started doing this about 4 weeks ago on my own. As a T1 Diabetic, it has done wonders keeping my blood sugars from spiking too high. Often, I find myself doing more than I need because it feels good to be outside. I also bought a walking pad for and weather days. It’s a keeper.

Started a mini Glow March 25th. In 12 Weeks Ill be back to say something. I Have 3 Goals. 1. lose 10kg (not main concern) and develop healthy habits (my priority) such as: Eating Balanced, Workout and stick to vitamins. 2. Improve my skin condition (hyperpigmentation) 3. Learn new skills (Influencing/Marketing/learn Arabic)

Hey Hailey! I own one of those weighted hula hoops and it’s amazing it really works it will make your waist so tiny if you use it for about 30min to and hour a day. I used this years ago and my waist was snatched and I’m using it now and am almost at my goal weight. It’s fun and easy I even use it when I’m watching your videos 😂

Just wanted to pop in here and say HAILEYYY you literally were the reason I started my weight loss journey 🫶 I came across your video last month “how I healed my gut” and that did it for meee!!! I started fasting 20:4, eating healthier, taking Pilate classes but overtime I ended up switching up my schedule since I felt it wasn’t the best fit for me so some days I do 18:6 and other days I just don’t fast, but still try my best to eat clean and maintain a calorie deficit. I have OFFICIALLY LOST 10 POUNDSSS IN A MONTH girl!!! Thank you thank you 🦋🙏🏻✨ overall I want to thank myself too for disciplining myself AND being consistent. I was so eager to see results in a week, but really that’s unrealistic so I took things slow and wow!! I always thought I was someone who just wouldn’t lose weight, so literally THANKK YOUU ❤️‍🩹 hope this can help someone :) and motivate anyone. You got this, you can do it!!

What?! Birthday twin!! Maybe that’s why I vibe so well with your explanations. I’ve watched so many weight loss videos/diet/food/exercise journeys, but I think your mindset is one that I’ve really needed. In addition to me also having IBS and other gut issues (lactose intolerant), I think this process will definitely help me.
