i think it's cuz of the color organization. most books are bright colors, because they catch the eye on shelves. and those basic colors are red, green, blue and yellow, like the colors of the harry potter houses. so because of those basic colors being everywhere, anytime i see all four of them together, everything looks like harry potter houses to me, lol

Hi Hailey, I’m Italian🇮🇹 and even though I don’t have access to all the books you mention (because there is no Italian version, and I still find difficult to focus and read an entire book in English), I just love listenting to you talking about them and reviewing them, I find it very relaxing😌😌 Thank you for keeping me company during this quarantine💖💖

I recommend The School for Good and Evil for a fantasy book. Even though this is actually a kid’s book, it’s actually pretty ok to read at any age tbh. My mom read this book and she loved it and even though I got it when I was 11 to this day it is still my favourite series for some reason. Maybe attachments but still. If you want to find the book by looking for the author, his name is Soman Chainani

I’ll have to read Far From the Tree. I was raised from birth by my grandparents. A brother I never knew I had found me last year, we share the same parents but he was given up for adoption at birth. My half sister and brother were raised by the bio mom of all four of us and the bio dad of my half brother. I find nature vs nurture very interesting because of this. Thanks for the recommendation.

Steven Gregg she does have a playlist about her book writing. Look it up there and you’ll find it. From what I remember what she told the story is about a girl who goes on a trip to Europe after the death of her sister. I think it will take a long while for the book to get published. Specially since the project is not fully finished and also not attached to any publisher yet. Also, it might take a while because of how the world is right now.

@@supercalime Thanks Leticia. I was wondering what her novel was about. I assumed it leaned YA which is not my favorite genre. I am a big fan of 'Phantom of the Opera' but reading 'Roseblood' was like writing a page from the dictionary for getting caught eating Skittles in class (which takes a full week to write, btw). But Hails has such an infectious passion for literature I would read her first novel without prejudice. Regardless, thanks for filling me in!

I love this idea of a video Hailey! I read some of these and own some of these. The ones I read is: Far from the tree (Read it last year and loved it), The crown's game (Still need to read the sequel sadly), and pride (Which is another one I read last year and loved it). The ones I own is: The girl in the blue coat, Wolf by wolf and american street. Maybe I should pick them up now!(:

Have you ever heard of Grave Mercy by Robin LeFevers? It's a historical fantasy set in 15th century Brittany, and I think you might really enjoy it
