Mix 250ml. From those, 10-15% is jojoba oil Rest are almond oil (better than grapeseed) Pumpkin seed oil ~5% Roaster Bean Coffee oil ~1% Melatonin ~0.0033% (but you can double it) Rosemary Peppermint Caderwood Thyme ~all around 2% Then Lemongrass ~2%, or vit B3,5,7 (probably around as much as Melatonin) These all have been shown in studies or preliminary studies to work. Many of these are also used in combination in studies or other products. Honorable mentions: Lavender and tea tree. Their effects are already achieved with the mixture above, and there is some evidence their smell reduces testosterone, which you need for other things like motivation and well being. Mix all in a "measuring/dosing bottle" and put it inside a "scalp applicator."

Ooh, you're fine. You'll get more upset if you tried the other way around. The amount of DHT saw palmetto blocks is low. So, only if you have a small amount of thinning hair and the DHT you produce isn't out competing it (plus flawed studies on it). I know how "good" it was, I was on it and wasted money and time. My hair just kept receding with the over $2000 spent on those natural products by a hair clinic. And that's for 8 months. With minoxidil, you only need it for your hair to help grow it fully (it just helps with blood flow and Stimulation, you can try topical melatonin) then finasteride will maintain it since the DHT is reduced. So, you can stop the minoxidil. You save money and didn't fall for natural products that need to be more researched like rosemary oil. You should look at Lab muffins KZbin video on it. You can try natural if you want, but now you'll put your hard work with your hair and sculp at risk with what is proven to work to try something that needs more proper study. Natural has many sideffects as it will contain more chemicals than just the one.

None of these ‘natural’ alternatives have any strong data behind them showing any effectiveness at all. It’s a sales tactic so you can buy his products. He takes the tiniest bit of data and uses it to his advantage to try and make money by misguiding customers who aren’t educated on this subject. And think about it, Finasteride can cause side effects of course although it’s rare but he’ll make you think it’s 50% rather than 2% of people. And if these natural DHT blockers do the same thing, wouldn’t it cause these same side effects? Just because something is natural doesn’t make it good. Saw Palmetto is actually bad for the liver but I’m sure he won’t tell you that.
