Hey Adam I feel bad for a Woman with Alopecia and losing their hair as i did for myself especially when you are younger. So I can relate to them and whatever Hair Systems they are Wearing now I think is awesome man because you need to try different ones to find out what works best for you and I found out that all Full Cap Hair Systems are not the same for Men and i am sure for Women too.

I think that a Woman with Alopecia would be pretty much like me and need to wear a Full Cap Hair System but the one benefit that they have is there are more choices available for Women now compared to me.And i think that it is maybe more acceptable for them to wear a Full Cap than me and not have people make a big deal about it.But i would tell them to wear a Hybrid Cap too because they are better and for a lot of reasons and more realistic but I think that women can get away with Wearing different types of Hair Systems and even less quality ones because it is changing their Wigs instead of making it seem more like having Natural Hair on my Head so it kind of bothers me a little bit if people call it a Wig or Toupee or something like that because it is your Hair.

I just stumbled upon this channel, but I'm a woman with hair loss, and while I wear full cap wigs at this point, I'm looking into trying a partial hair system once my hair has grown back out a bit. While all of my hair is thinned out, it really only looks bad in the very front couple of inches. Especially now that I'm on Minoxidil, it fixed up most of the thinning on top, but didn't do anything for the front. Fyi it's definitely DHT that caused my hair loss, but it's not from my natural hormones. It's a long story. But I thought, why hide away all of my hair when only 20% or so of it looks bad? Especially with how difficult it is to find wigs that look like my natural hair (dark blonde, curly) and I don't feel like myself in straight hair. Plus, I can't stand synthetic hair (it itches, is super heavy and very not breathable.) And getting full cap wigs in human hair in the style I want is kind of a struggle. Besides, I hate having to take it off at night, for showering, etc. So I figure I could rock my natural curls, all I really gotta do is hide/fill in the front. I plan on trying this when my hair has grown to about 3-4 inches long. I still dunno if there are any hair systems that are small enough to cover just the front though (like 2 or so inches wide, normal length) but maybe there's something I could figure out. I have even thought maybe I could get just a lace front (wig closure), costumize it to fit my hair loss pattern, and glue on. Really dunno if that idea could work though. Do you have any advice for people with significant hair loss only in the first couple of inches from where hairline should be? Like, some men have that pattern too, where the temples go up really high until there's kind of a widow's peak left, but then that turns into just a sad little patch of fluff, but the rest of the hair it still going strong. So it's only that 2-3 inch band at the front that's in distress?
