Honestly, you get used to them. They’re usually just made out of wool so they’re soft. I just put my favorite set back in a few days ago and I already forget they’re in when I go to sleep. :) and I have really thin hair, so my scalp is NOT used to a lot of weight. Your scalp adapts quickly. :)

All her info is also in the description 3) I installed 24 and they are 15-18” long 4) I have NO IDEA how long the entire thing took me haha. If you want to "restore" your hair, use Garnier Nourshing shampoo, i think thats how you spell it, but it really helped my friend's and my beached hair.

Avoiding heat, wearing colours in a layer order (palest colour you want to wear first, then dye it darker to avoid rebleaching when possible) deep condition at least once a week, avoid heat + use an old cotton t-shirt to dry hair instead, n be realistic abt hair texture etc post-bleaching
