I love these informative videos. I thought I had dry hair, but now my question is around the effect of menopause on older women’s hair. As a young woman it was oily and fine, now my body no longer produces oil, the texture is changing because of increasing grey and it’s thinning. How do menopausal women change up their hair care routines?

The best thing I did for my dry hair is use the Monsia Kleen filtered shower head, I see a huge difference in my hair and skin, a must have. 😍

Very helpful 🤗 I have fine hair, but a lot of it. It was always just there, looked good without a lot of effort. The last few years I just said f**** it, cut about 60 cm off and bleached it from level 5 to 9. now it takes more and then I learn more. It’s a struggle to figure out the dry/sensitized/porous aspect, but it’s tetting there, thanks to my hairdresser and skilled people like yourself. Thank you 😘
