Higuruma is a prodigy. We saw him at an early stage and even then within 12 days he unlocked a domain. His observation skills during gojo v sukuna was fast enough to notice a 0.1second domain advantage. These feats should be enough to conclude that Higuruma on that demon shit. Who is to say he doesn't have the ability to just divide his CT into different aspects. Confiscation or mere usage of Executioner's sword, all is on the table of possibilities.

Once he uses his ct, his body becomes doused into his ce and is overdone to the point where his body breaks down once the time limit of his ct ends, thus causing him to die. I'm on Hakaris's side on this one. I do think it will be a long fight but what I really want to see is how Hakari is able to have an advantage on Uraume from his cursed energy trait. My theory is that the sharp and rough trait of Hakari's cursed energy will be a sort of counter to Uraume's ice based curse technique since it's easier to use a sharpened edge than a blunt edge to break/cut ice. I don't think that factor would be that big of a deal in the fight but it would be cool to see.
