I prefer deep fried yong tau foo too but always eat together with fish soup from remains of the ikan tenggiri.

Yes, you can serve without the sauce. Sherson did mention this in the video. For me though, my preference is served with the sauce.

I wonder how chef straighten the bean curd perfectly and What kind of bean curd is recommended? because first time see bean curd get straighten perfectly.

Hello!! I rinsed it in water first, once you hydrate it then it will be easy to fold and straighten out pretty easily. Hope this helps :)

kalau ayam boleh jugak tp kena tambah sikit udang, utk bg texture dia lebih enak. Ataupun boleh je campurkan dgn sengkuang yang dipotong kecil kecil utk pastikan ayam tak kering lepas masak.

Depend on who you ask. If you go to a Malay pasar malam you will see a totally different Yong Tau Fo. If you ask any chinese, nobody eat Yong Tau Foo with "cheong fan", kangkung and ""fu chok". Just like CKT, they had made tourist very confused....

this is not Yong Tau Foo. Just like CKT. The Malay one is the original. Yong Tau Foo is serve with kangkung and "cheong fan". You can find them a lot at Malay pasar malam.
