That sure is some elevated hummus! I like how you've elevated storebought hummus to make things convenient. While it is great to make it yourself it is a bit time consuming and we don't all have time for that! Thanks for sharing, I'm sure this would be so handy for parties!

Okay, whaaaat? Mind BLOWN! Such a simple trick! We're huge fans of the pickle/hummus pairing as well... especially pickled turnips. And there's just something amazing about confit garlic... love that you get not only the incredible garlic, but the oil as well. Wonderfully done Alex!
