That’s exactly why I’m listening to it!! I’ve hit rock bottom this week, I’m in a fight to not lose my farm cause I can’t get refinanced and my buddy just killed himself monday. This song has always been my go to in tough times and this version popped up in my feed this morning and I just keep replaying it over and over!! I always feel like I have god with me when I listen to it, there are so many outstanding versions out here now and it’s just incredible but this is one of my top 3 at least. Another very good band version is from Small Town Titans, I love the bass in his voice but he can also hit some incredible higher notes. This song always brings me peace and comfort and makes me believe it will be ok somehow! I will probly listen to this one at least 50 times today, it’s that good!! Thank you guys for helping me down a long, dark, dreary road today and helping me see the peace and joy!!

I closed my eyes and thought of Jesus. How he only loves and how hard that is. Sometimes i ignore him and can’t stand God for making what i see as chaos. I blame him for making me when i just want to be someone else. But honestly im blind. But only through christ can i see the light. God never leaves us alone and he let his son die just to prove he loves you. Christ gives us a gift and it is within all of us. I will end up dying for love of this world. But i know it will be okay because of the Lord. There is love in the chaos and that is the only yhing that makes it all okay.

I am a music educator, and your performance just blew me away! That was absolutely stunning. Tuning, vowels, balance, soloists! Incredible! Are you high school or early college level? I am going to show this to my choir in class today. Thank you so much for sharing your talents and gifts, and heartfelt love for music. It shows! Never stop singing!!

Imagine sitting in your car on a rainy night under a street lamp, and you hear this song right at 2:47 just listening and watching the rain fall down your window. Now THAT’S a beautiful moment right there.

Doing a song in a hallway that echoes the whole song with a(n) whole group of people is a stroke of genius.

To the second gentleman that sang. You brought tears to my eyes. Granted I’m nine months pregnant, soooo tears happen right. But I felt closer to God this Sunday morning, when we can’t meet and worship. Thank you everyone it is clear the passion you all have. Beautiful.
