It pains me to say it because billy's a cool & nice guy, but whenever I see billy I know it's gonna be over the top forced laughing at things that aren't even funny at all. To the point i cant even hear korey's dialogue and the productivity of the review goes to shit hence it becomes longer, corny and tedious. So when I see him I immediately exit. John Carpenter and Debra Hill gave him those qualities when they created the character. Also Michael Myers was supposed to be a one off. John Carpenter wanted the Halloween movies to be anthologies. Each movie would have their own story and characters, but Michael Myers was such a hit the studio went against that premise.

@11:11 I remember seeing this in theaters with my family opening night and my uncle's girlfriend yelled out "ah damn that doll is about to OD". The entire theater laughed. 🤣 the most entertaining scene in the movie. @14:24 I figured he gave the patient the knife so he can pin the murders on him. The psych hospital had the worst security and protocols already, I doubt there were any cameras in the hallways for them to even know who did what. They definitely didn't even bother to try to find Michael this entire time.
