Another lovely video, love seeing you and Tolga so happy together 💖 And in regards to meltdowns, I also had one recently, and it's certainly very draining. Personally I found chilling out in a dimly lit room with soft music helped me relax and recharge. As someone that's into mental health, I find it fascinating listening to other people's experiences. But it's great you're able to express your emotions. Worst thing you could do is bottle it up. Keep being real 💖

I wanna do proper replies to this vlog & the last one but I don't have the capacity to rn BUT I couldn't not comment on the meltdown chat. From my perspective (and I know it's limited because I literally only know what you've shared in these vlogs) it's not just being aware of it being a meltdown, I think it's also how much safer he now is to express those raw feelings. Like a lot of people do end up feeling anger or aggression because their body feels threatened and overwhelmed by that perceived threat, so they're not in a safe place (whether literally or mentally) to let it come out fully. Obviously every person and situation is different... but just from what I've observed you can see the safety and acceptance between you two 🥹 so I think his body (as you said) finally opened the bottle 💜
