This is just superb, been searching for "how to build your own halo spartan armor" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Cenackenzie Conspicuous Cure - (do a search on google ) ? It is a smashing exclusive guide for discovering how to create an amazing Master Chief Halo or Iron Man suit costume without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my colleague got amazing results with it.

I remember watching the livestreams of this build and I made the suggestion to use "squishy foam" around the neck of the helmet to create more of a seal. Obviously stealth was confused by what the hell "squishy foam" was supposed to mean. I can say now after all this time that what I meant to say was the type of foam used on foam paint brushes. In my mind it would "squish" to allow your head inside the helmet and then close up around the neck. Had to come back to this video to get that thought out of my head.

Hahahaha thanks for clarifying. I actually used a piece of the boot ankle liner section that was cushioned to make a helmet liner for my Desert odst helmet as it was coyote brown. :)

years ago you made a video on how to harden the armor without using fiberglass. you use a two part liquid system. when it dries it hardens. I believe one bottle was in a yellow container and the other was in a white one. I have been searching for that video and cannot find it. do you still have it? if so can you re-post it?

You can really wear whatever in airsoft but for eye protection, that’s obviously where it gets dicey. The visor would have to be a proper safety rated visor.
