I have used the stock halogen bulb in my i10 since the last 10 years. The bulbs had become weak so yesterday, I changed them to 6000K LED light. The light is fantastic. Nice throw and brightness. But I have decided to install halogen fog lights in the car as well because the LEDs are too bright for the eyes so a halogen fog light just combines with the white light and creates a warm, soothing light...

Seriously these white lights led, Hid etc and with high beam literally the oncoming car bike driver rider is blinded. Either people start using low beam or these things should be banned in India

In rainy season and misty night yellowish halogen helps, even whitish philips light cause difficulty. Those who have halogen don't try to replace it with LED. Fit additional LED bar with separate switch and upgrade Ah of battery when replacing battery. Only one request fit LED bar only at left side even it looks unsymmetrical (because it won't cause much difficulty to opposite driver). If possible use combo type. In unnecessary circumstances use a cover so police won't fine you. Rules are getting tighter so additional light is better than using relay and upgrading head lights.

I replaced my company fitted halogen with OSRAM 25W LED...significant improvement in illumination....why I said so...last night I drove through the same highway with excellent illumination but earlier I used to get poor illumination when halogen bulbs were there in headlight...go for branded LED and check the difference yourself...youtubers make videos from their POV and for their earning...

Gagan..Another imp point in LASER lights is that it illuminates only the required area and no light scattering is faced...hence the person driving in opposite direction does not get light on his eyes.

Hi Gagan, sari information achi hai, bas color temperature ka chart ulta ban gaya hai. Lower kelvin value cool light ki hoti hai aur higher kelvin value warm light ki. 10000 kelvin yellow hogi aur 2000 kelvin blue

Just came across your channel's diverse and wonderful content. Watched all of your headlight related videos and was wondering... In my scooty (Activa 125) which will be better? A conventional higher output halogen lamp than the stock OEM one or a projector lamp with maybe HIDs. The reflector lamp's design is quite shoddy and isn't too great itself. Which will be better for viewing and illumination? I don't care about looks and all. I just want good illumination of the road. The light doesn't have to travel far as I use it for small commute at low speeds. I just want it to illuminate the road 20-30 feet in front of me.
