Made this last night, added more scallions and a bunch of spinach at the top, salt pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder. IT WAS AMAZING! Had it for dinner and for lunch the next day. LOVE it!

Honestly, that picture of the pie at the start of the video is enough to make you melt. Looks SO good. That pie would last at most 5 minutes in this household.

My Nana used to make butter, cinnamon & sugar twists w/her pastry scraps. Those pastry scraps brought that memory to mind instantly as they were perfect for that! This recipe is awesome. Will be making this!

I made this recipe this week and it was great. I used a deep dish pie pan that was dark on the outside and a medium color on the inside. I baked it about 6 minutes longer because I used a lot more cheese. The puff pastry came out perfect. Another fine recipe from this site.

Your work always impresses me but this is a stand out. As is would be wonderful, but could be varied like a quiche can be. The end result surprised me by it's beauty. The parmesan cheese on top really takes it over the top presentation wise and I bet with flavor too! I might add some fresh mushroom sautéed till almost dry to keep down the moisture. Your dog is so nice looking too. I like dogs, we have 2. Great work and thanks for your hard work!

Stephanie thanks for this recipe. Taste is good. I made my pie crust from your recipe cause in my place it is hard to find instant pastry. When I made pie crust by mixer I think I made a mistake. Cause when I mix all the ingredients the result like a dough. So when I roll my pastry after I freeze 3 days there were still sticky. So I add some flour and roll it again. But after all done, the taste is worth. Thanks a lot.
