I love it when we scrape all the old iron that corroded on the pan and into the salad. Adds great flavor. Thanks god it's not a teflon pan. Love that grinder.

Looks good. What happened to my meat grinder was that it got blockaded by the ham. And since the ham was so soft, it didn't have strength to push out the blockage. I have to get the right meat grinder for it, but it is difficult to find the right one.

So easy to make! I make that sometimes with left over turkey. You can also add in shredded cheese. Some people put egg in but I don't like it with egg.
