That does look good! I fix something similar using cubed streak. I put the browned steak & gravy in a casserole dish & bake for about 45 minutes. This is much easier & faster🤗 I know y’all have a hurricane moving in…stay safe!!

That's THE BEST smothered hamburger ( aka, ground brisket steak), I have ever seen! I had a war with throat cancer in 2019. since being totally healed now, I still have to choose softer dishes preferably with gravy! This will be a Mainstay for me! Thank you guys so much! Love your channel. 😂

This is one of my family’s favorite meals. It’s not expensive, easy to make and DELICIOUS! We had a great July fourth but my dog disagrees. She HATES the fireworks. Poor thing, the neighborhood fireworks also resumed the next night, 😩 That hamburger steak and gravy looks delicious, I love it with rice! ❤

Good morning Catherine. Here in VA, our 4th was 98°, heat index made it feel like 105°. We did get an evening, short thunderstorm but we definitely needed it. I wanted your opinion on making this recipe with ground turkey? Should I add more of any ingredients seeing as turkey is dry and bland? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I've never made this with ground Turkey, just season the way you like it.

On the 4th we went to some friends in town and had potluck and later had a bonfire. No fireworks allowed in the city but of course they are still going on for days. Love this recipe and others you do. You put many over noodles or rice. I am diabetic, so noodles and rice are enemies, please tell people you can replace rice or noodles with riced cauliflower or zoodles. Great video!

I made this dinner last night. Not exactly the same as yours, but it gave me the inspiration and then Beryl (who names these hurricanes?😮) came in this morning and I can’t get my leftovers out of the fridge or heat them up lol. You can use 1 to 1.5 pounds of ground beef and still continue with the recipe as is.

Hello Catherine, I would like to share a recipe with you, but I make everybody loves it. You can make this on top of the stove or in a crockpot creamy chicken taco soup, eight chicken tenders cut in two pieces add to your crockpot 3 cups of chicken stock, one onion, chopped line 2, close the garlic, chopped fine, fine package of taco seasoning, a half a teaspoon of cumin teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of chili powder, one can of black beans, drained, and rinsed when can a pinto beans drain and rinse one can of green enchilada sauce, one package of frozen corn one can fly roasted tomatoes one can fire roasted peppers eight Yukon, gold potatoes, peeled and color two pieces when chicken is done and all vegetables vegetables are cooked, solar tender re-add your chicken and one package of cream cheese cut into small pieces two crockpot stir well cover back up with your lid when cream cheese melted, stirred it again I serve this with the green salad homemade biscuits or homemade sweet potato biscuits and a peach cobbler for dessert message me back so I know you got this.
