I run heavy equipment for a living and some of the gentleman who are commenting are correct that is called an attachment for clearing out irrigation ditches canals and roadside ditches to create a V pattern so the water can run more clearly and quickly it is really not considered a bucket butt and attachment but some call it a bucket get her running guys. It would be good to see it make some black smoke good luck gentlemen winning is in your future LOL😊😊😊

Love the 215! My favorite excavator. Most all of them came with the 3304 (7.0L 4cyl) which are essentially bomb proof if they're taken care of. This one has seen better days, but it's absolutely possible to see 40,000 hours out of one before a rebuild! As far as the rest of the machine, it might need a little more...

If the engine was good... maybe $3,500.00, and it all depends on scrap value. Figure a minimum of $2,000 to rebuild the motor plus the cost to redo all the wiring, hoses and transporting it. Might as well buy something that's turnkey. If you're looking for a project / content for your KZbin channel... this could be it.
