Wow, just wow! I've seen my GP, a podiatrist, and even an orthopedic surgeon. But 5 minutes into your video, with pressure on that "V", and suddenly I can rotate my previously frozen mallet toe!! You're amazing, thank you so much for posting this.

I went to a podiatrist for a pinky hammer toe and all he said was to wear the right shoes to avoid pressure on it or if it gets worse, get surgery. So I found out on my own how to straighten the toe. The tendon lengthening exercises were not the same as these but they worked. I also learned how to tape my toe backwards when I go to bed so the tendon behind it lengthens. Now, I don’t have any pain. The toe has straightened and I am keeping this up.

Will we get to see the left foot done and if the right toe stays straightened. So basically a part two, looked seriously painful but if it works then that’s amazing. Love all the videos from this clinic, cheers mates. 👍🏽😊

WOW your video came up after i have seen a few other videos, and me doing the exercises in there. And feeling sorry for myself for having to do all those boring exercises every day. And then YOURS came up!! I have exactly the same feet, so I joined in. And obviously my strength is just a third of yours, acting on my own feet, but still! I am doing it again when I most feel like hurting myself. WOW

An excellent demonstration of how you can move the tendons to assist with straightening Aaron's hammertoe. Would you still be able to do this with someone who is 59 years old and could you also straighten the big toe as although I use 'correct toes' to correct my toes positioning, my toes will drift back when the 'correct toes' device is removed? PS I know how sensitive the toes and sympathise with Aaron, as my girlfriend is an acupuncturist and she had to insert needles on my toes to remove what she referred to as stagnation. it was extremely painful.

Are you breaking up adhesions? My big toe is larger (longer) in relation to my second and all other toes. I have developed hammer toe in both of my second toes on both feet. I also have developing bunions. Could this all be caused by disparity of length between the long big toe and other shorter toes? Thanks for any insight you may have.

I have a flat foot and curl second and third toes since I had a severe fracture in my calcaneus four years ago. When I try to straighten the toe, I feel mild pain in the lateral ankle and tension along the lateral lower leg. I went to a podiatrist and he didn't advice surgery. Can I do this stuff on myself? When you start applying finger pressure on the dorsal side of the foot, are you on the tendon or lateral to it? Thank you, really cool video, a little pain goes a long way :)

@mikein60fps3010 ай бұрын
Real simple, what do you think caused it? well obviously tight and bad shoes, (cramped toebox) . Solution; again obvious, go barefoot alot more and or get some "barefoot shoes" aka clown shoes ha ha dont worry, at first they are annoing but you get yoused to it, and funny enough most people dont even notice them. I literraly havent had one stranger make a comment about my "barefoot shoes". Anyway, best of luck 🙏 -Cheers

I'm interested that Ninja always appears barefoot in these videos. From when I was a boy in South Africa to now, 70 years on in Merry Cold England, I've always walked around barefoot at home - I don't do it as a conscious thing, but just something I've always done. I love the feel of my soles on whatever floor surfaces, and that wonderful clenching and unclenching and stretching of my toes without really being conscious of doing so.
