cardboard is mostly dietary fiber, the wood its made from is almost entirely devoid of micronutrients. on the other hand dietary fiber is digestible for some animals, crickets for example are often fed cardboard. Brussel sprouts are in the class vegetable. Which means they are the highest micronutrient density food outside of artificial nutrient supliments and superfoods with enough nutrient density to cause nutrient toxicity. Cardboard and cauliflower are nutritionally indistinguishable.
