Sorry for the late posting everyone. I got partway through recording this video and realized I made some mistakes and had to re-record. Hope you enjoy.

Very interesting analyses and I am really enjoying this type of "battle report".. I do wonder if having a second cathallar and/or some endless spells like the Sanctum or Twinstones would help in making the army a bit more resilient..

Yeah, you'll note that the list I had for the Lumineth was short of 2000 points. I can't find the exact list anymore, but I'm pretty sure they invested in the Twin-stones (which is part of why I never had them fail a cast), but I can't remember what else. I remember the core components and know it was a 1 drop, but can't remember if there were additional endless spells.

@@thegrizzledwarmaster6921 ah yeah I came to 1860 points so plenty left for another cathallar (would make it two drop though) or a bunch of endless spells so that makes sense. Will be interesting to see how these types of lists evolve with the new units, are you planning on more analysis like this? Thanks again for the video, I really enjoyed it and gave me some great insights to consider when list building (granted I personally like a more varied list).

I'd be worried fielding that lumineth list in an actual tournament. You can autowin alot of matchups by just deleting characters, but if any bad missions or matchups hit you're gonna be in trouble. Morathi isnt gonna die for one thing, Idoneth still exist, null deploy, etc. 4 round tourney you'll probably be fine but any event longer than that increases your chances to lose significantly. I feel like the Teclis lists have just as solid matchups without the same weaknesses

I totally agree. While this list apparently did very well initially, it fell out of favor fairly quickly.
