'An underutilized space'? 'A love letter to Newport'?! Are you kidding me? You took the last bit of real estate along the downtown waterfront that was enjoyed by locals (summer concerts, winter ice skating) and created yet ANOTHER hotel for tourists. So sure, instead of spending $20 to take the family ice skating, we can spend $200 to take them to your restaurant. What a nice love letter. Prior to the erection of this huge building, everyone (residents and tourists) could enjoy an amazing view of the harbor as we drove down Memorial Blvd. It was the only road in Newport that provided such a striking view, enjoyed by hundreds of people every day. No more, thanks to you. And now you put out a self-congratulatory video. (hear my slow clap)
