It is kind of a hidden gem. St. Croix has many of them. Great river to canoe but expect your canoe to take a beating!

Theres still a little mill pond atop the hill that still holds brookies in it. Great sturgeon and channel cats just below you

Good to know. I was tempted to bring a pole but didn't have much time. My wife caught a nice musky just up river from this spot.
