How to create advanced pattern swatches very quick and easy in adobe illustrator? thats what we are doing in this video. Im using very simple shapes to create an illusion that makes the seamless pattern swatch look much more advanced that it really is. This is a great trick to quickly create interesting backgrounds for your projects.

I always get white lines around the pattern, like squares. I usually just copy and paste the pattern on photoshop as smart object and the lines are still there. Is there any way to fix that error? I've read it has something to do with anti aliasing.

It is anti aliasing but in my experience it's often best to export the pattern or artwork using the pattern as PDF. It tends to be better as pdf are vector graphics. But in some cases the white lines just won't go away entirely. Havnt found an ultimate solution unfortunatly 🙁
