Could you do this with the client face down, knee bent, using knee flexion to shorten/lengthen the hamstring?

Thank you for your question and interest in our techniques. While the method you're inquiring about can indeed be utilized to affect the hamstrings, the degree of release may vary. It's important to note that circumduction, the technique featured in the video, is designed to work the muscle in a specific manner. However, we do utilize a variety of techniques in a prone position to target hamstring flexibility and strength. For a more comprehensive understanding of these methods, I'd recommend visiting our Motion Specific Release site, where you can find detailed explanations and resources that may benefit your practice. www.motionspecificrelease.com

Hello, and thank you for watching our video on hamstring release procedures. We appreciate your interest and enthusiasm for the techniques demonstrated in the video. It's important to note that these procedures are primarily intended for MSR practitioners and patients to better understand the treatment logic involved. They are typically performed by trained practitioners who possess a specific skill set and a deep understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics.
