Inner range hamstring strength is key to building resilient knees & is largely overlooked in most people's programs. Here I share a few entry level exercises I use for my clients to build capacity in this range of strength.

thanks for this video i'm watching it very carefully because 6 weeks ago i had ACL torn. doctor suggested to not do surgery but to recover by physio and then strenght
