I liked Sae. She had a very nice groove and thunder double bass. Chika has more of fast fills and banging. Also good, but different. When it comes to completing the group. Yukina, Matsuri and Hettsu are three rather odd girls. Nice girls with very special personalities. Sae was a rather normal girl and as far as I can see so far, so is also Chika. We hope this will work out and she will stay.

It has to be rather difficult for any new member to feel welcome considering the other three gals have been friends since grade school. They do seem to be very welcoming to Chika though and include her in most interviews as a full-fledged member from what I have seen, so that's good. @@rolandkarlsson7072

Judging from the feedback of their live performances they've already been turning heads and taking scalps. The general consensus is Hanabie go hard and are a top notch live band. I think the Japanese metal scene has now matured and you are starting to see a lot of talented bands get recognision from the rest of the world. The future looks particularly bright for Hanabie.

Also can't imagine how wild this must feel for Chika, considering she joined not even a year ago and they're already on the cusp of real fame. She's amazing though! Yeah, but the problem is that it's very difficult to fully understand their lyrics unless you grew up in Japan. There's a lot of slang and cultural references in the Japanese lyrics that don't make any sense in the English ones.
