It worked omg (*crying*) I did this workout 5 days last week. I haven't measured yet, but I can see the change of my breast: they really lift up and firm. I'm still breastfeeding my 10 month old baby, after each feed, my boobs were sagging. I was so upset about that. But thanks to you, my boobs look better now. Hi I'm a 16 year old with a really small chest and I've only done this workout for 3 days (my arms are dead) but im going to try for two weeks ;3 Day 1: ✅ My arms are BURNING but am still motivated to keep going Day 2:✅ Slightly better, what kills you makes you stronger Day 3:✅ It was actually quite fun, I also did this with the Sanne Vander chest workout Day 4:🚫I had to write an essay for french (movie: Les intouchables) Day 5:✅My arms are killing me, so far I don't see any change but I'm getting more confident with myself Day 6:✅I don't see any change but my bra felt a little tighter today? So maybe change? I just got my period so I feel blah now Day 7: 🚫Really bad cramps so I couldnt do it Day 8:🚫PAIN Day 9:✅Slightly better, cramps are better, I don't see or feel much change though, my arms are a bit stronger though :2 Day 10:❌FINAL EXAMS ☠☠ Day 11:❌FINAL EXAMS ☠☠ Day 12:✅SORRY forgot to update the last three days, I've been so busy with exams and final projects that time just flew by- anyways I think my chest gotten bigger by a mm but holy guacamole Day 13:✅sorry I was caught up with the last week of school and projects and finals Day 14:✅ahem and the results, people were waiting for... my chest grew by 2CM!!!!! Doing regularly workouts for 1,5 years. Tried this “workout” just for testing. This workout doesn’t work for sure. It is just like a small warm up- that’s all. Just don’t waste time and make exercises regularly and properly - and you’ll have your wished body. Better waste this 15 min for a better created personalized exercise plan.

Ok so I started this with 0 expectations, but after the sweat I got from my first session, I know this is gonna work. Day 1: 34"- My ars wanna fall off 😭 Day 2: 34" - I felt the workout mostly in my upper biceps, but I did try focusing it more on my chest. I had to take a small break because the pain was unbearable at one point. My period also started today, so throughout the next 5-6 days, I'll be on my period and doing this workout 😅 Day 3: 33'5" (I measured twice) Tbh I didn't feel like doing the workout today but I did it regardless. The pain in my shoulders distracted the pain in my uterus. I have noticed a slight change in the shape of my breasts but not a Jurassic one. The workouts are somewhat bearable now since I no longer feel drained afterwards. I still feel the burn through it though Day 4: 33'5" - I made it through this session with ease. I've noticed my posture improving as of late but I haven't noticed any change to the drooping of my boobs, though they do feel a little smaller on my skin...if that makes sense.

Hey guys i started doing this workout today so today was my day 1 hmm i felt so tired my arms shoulders were dead but i m happy at least i m doing something!!! For the results i felt my breasts more perkier from day 1 itself hmm nothing else But i ll definitely update you guys Day2 - ✅ didn’t felt much difference maybe its the same but i feel better after doing this so yeah , will keep updating you guysssss ;) Day3 ❌ Day4 ❌ Day5 ✅feels so good again but not much difference ig it’s the same :/ but i ll keep u guys updated Day6 ✅ not much difference Day7✅ Day 8✅ Day 9 ❌ Day 10 ✅

day 1: DONE (hurt like hell) day 2: DONE (did it with a headache. so proud of myself) day 3: DONE(easier) day4: DONE( been noticing tiny lifts) day 5: Forgot.. day 6: DONE( DEFINITELY SEEING DIFFERENCES) ( Didnt do it for a little more that a week because i was having cramps and got busy with life and stuff) day 7: DONE ( much easier) day 8: DONE( It just gets easier and easier men...)

@@yur4kiii i only did this exercise to lift up my boobs because its sagging too much for my liking, and I'm under 20. I dont want bigger. I only took notice of the lifts, and yes it has been lifting really well. So, i wasnt really looking into whther it would grow bigger or not, so i dont know about the bigger part. Ask someone else in the comments that are looking for a bigger size.

I'm writing this comment to keep myself motivated doing a daily upgrade, if I don't forget 😅 Start: chest: 88, arms: 30 Day 1✅ not so much struggle tbh Day 2✅ absolutely easyer Day 3✅ today was easy, only the last one got me a lil swet Day 4 ✅ a little bit harder Day 5 ❌ I took a lil rest today, I wasn't feeling very well Day 6✅ almost donee, today has been easy Day 7 ✅ I DID IT!! The end: chest 88 , arms 30 Okay, maybe I didn't felt it right, it was too easy or I was actually expecting a miracle, but I stayed active and felt good😊
