luke with free diving for spearfishing what helped me to dive deeper was practicing equalising anny time, like when I wake up during the day and before i sleep. that helped me equalise better but don't equalise when you sick it hurts you ears. holding your breath is kind of the same you just need to practice lots so your body gets used to the low oxygen levels. good luck luke and all ways stay safe.

Nice video again Luke. A good way to practise spearfishing is to go to a pool a couple of times a week with a weight belt and you will get your breathing and equalizing techniques down quickly.

I find that not looking straight at the fish helps like keeping it in the corner of your eye, also try stay behind something like the Warf poles instead of being in the view of the fish the whole time so you can pretty much Suprise them.
