You needed to pump up the air pressure more. You did'nt use this correctly. It has to have pressure to spray the thick foam.

I use a Metso version of the foamer , all mine is to change is a foam filter you use . Had mine off Juicy Details few years back and as I cant get a power washer to my car park where the car is its better than nowt . Never really thick more like the last fitting you used on that foamer . Better than nowt but its more how much product you use in mine to get a thicker foam

These are horrible foamers. The only practical way to use these is with their least dense foam tips. That's sad since you'll never get thick foam with these units. The same limitation is also present with the 7000
