Bummer. I had a 95 Grand Cherokee that I drove until 2001 (and put on about 125k miles). My current Jeep is really a Fiat, so I'm holding out more hope for its longevity. Now we just need to get you into something more reliable. ;-)

Yeah I wouldn't hold your breath. The Trailhawk has been hands down the worst car i've ever owned. haha. I have a 98 Grand Cherokee with 240K Miles on it that still runs like a champ.

Definitely rapid results if you stick to it. Cheating, even in the slightest amounts will completely stop your weight loss in it tracks. That's the bad part I guess. But if you have the will power, it will definitely work.

Not consuming carbs will deplete glycogen stores in muscle. One gram of glycogen is stored with 2.7 grams of water. This is the reason for the rapid weight loss in the beginning. Even though you lose a lot of weight in the beginning, it's not fat. A ketogenic diet is excellent for burning fat, but please do not get discouraged when weight loss slows down. Sticking to it for a prolonged period of time is what will yield results. You didn't gain all your weight in a short amount of time, and losing it will take even longer. Keep at it, you can do it. Patience and discipline are truly virtues when it comes to weight loss. Good luck.

Good info and I'm aware. Still stoked tho. :D Because with all that liquid there is a noticeable reduction in my size. My clothes are much looser and belt buckle is already 2 notches in. So, even tho it's mostly liquid, it's definitely volume reduction. And that's just fine with me. I believe I hold an exceptional amount of liquid, (gotta be all these huge muscles! lol) which explains why I'm able to put on so much weight in such a short period of time as well.

haha. Nah brah, dude, bro bruh.. I had plenty of GoPro mounts on hand... to be honest I wanted to find something i could mount my phone to just because i was being lazy and GoPro files are huge h.264 that editing systems hate... and trying to avoid file management and transcoding every day. Oh well, Sacrifices must be made.
