It's always tough to put these videos out there and take the criticism. Awesome you get to to fly Oludeniz. Excellent site for air time and working out aerobatics. I noticed I few things pointed out already but didn't see anything about your landing. You go to the downtubes too soon and have your hands up high on the downtubes too early which is okay until you get hit with turbulence down low and need more roll authority. Check your cross controlling and seek a qualified instructor/pilot for learning to do proper wingovers.

About the harness: I see there are two locking carabiners, but the whole pod is held by a single loop of web, thrown over the keel tube. That seems a little risky to me. All the weight is borne by one area of stitching. Is that normal? Otherwise - fantastic stuff!

@MelindaGreen8 жыл бұрын
+Frank Graham Don't know about left, but I think the chord on the right is for pulling the split cross-bar in tighter for higher performance during flight, and loosening for better handling during take-off and landing.
@deuchcross8 жыл бұрын
+Frank Graham ... overdrive ... to change the wing geometry ... you pull it out for a more "rigid" wing with more glide and less handling, for transitionanl flight, and you keep it loose (not pluued out) for thermals take off and landing (more handling and responsive wing)

Hint to progress your wing over, let go your speed bar a little bit, instead of engaging the turn too fast, and thus drag;-) And with this kind of intermediate wing, dynamic stall is not too, it is needed to take enough speed. But little by little. Beautiful area !!! Good flights !!!
