What exact oil did you use n gear oil? Spark plug

Does it have Reverse or just Forward and Neutral only.

That’s air cooled no need for water right

Yes it's air cooled...u can run it all day long in your yard with no need to have it in the bucket of water.....other then maybe depending on the quality if u run it in gear at high over rpms alot without the prop in water I suppose it could over rev all the time and not be good for the engine....but the govener should handle that use anyway since it does have a neutral gear that u can rev it in

I should have gotten this one instead of the 4 hp. I just bought it two weeks ago and if I had my time to do over again, I would’ve bought this one. I think the one I purchased is too slow for my bass raider. What is your opinion about one of these being on a bass raider?

This video has been awhile so im hoping someone can answer, I have a 196cc 6HP Zongshen Outboard Motor Air Cooled Short and for some reason no matter what i do it will not start, i have spark, i have gas and compression.. idk what to do anymore. Its brand new

I’m picking up a pelican intruder on the 29th with a Colman 2.6 hp and a minn Kota troller I think I might put 3 swivel seats it’s really exciting after seeing how nice yours looked

I can tell you there is no reverse but you can spin the motor 360 degrees to go backwards. It has forward gear and neutral

Brian I would avoid it - I'm really disappointed it can't even get my 13' kayak on plane. 6mph top speed is barely more than my Terrova trolling motor.

Add this, NGK 6637= BPR6EIX , spark plug, a puff of gas and mine starts first pull every time.

Who "breaks in" one of these? If you absolutely have to have a Hangkai, run it for as long as it lasts and then throw it on the landfill. Should have used the money to buy a used Yamaha, Tohatsu, Suzuki, Honda or Mercury.
