@@ChamblesRNG you’re correct. Hank called his guys back at the DEA who presumably went to a judge and requested a warrant

@@Wolf-wc1js So still, it is very easy to get a warrant this way? Sorry just asking cause I have a very bad experience with the law in my country.. @Wolf-wc1jsАй бұрын
@@ChamblesRNG it’s subjective depending on the county and each case is different on top of the fact it’s up to the judge’s discretion whether they should issue a search warrant for it. If the judge doesn’t believe in the probable cause for a search, they could say they won’t give the warrant
@ChamblesRNGАй бұрын
@@Wolf-wc1js Seems like a very healthy system when judge with only his discretion can order a warrant like that real quick. Props
@rcroteau1Ай бұрын
@@ChamblesRNG The officer has to prepare an "affidavit of probable cause," detailing what he wants to search, what he expects to find and why he expects to find it. Then take it to a judge to review it and he decides if probable cause exists to issue the warrant. Depending on the detail in the affidavit it can get done in an hour if you can find an amenable judge.
