Man, that's just a genius solo, great job. Thank you! I've stayed with the Garland Family in 2014 and 2017 while visiting Florida, and was lucky enough and thankful to have held Hank's guitars in my hands... I'll never forget that.

Hey Pascal, is that you? Hank Garland was such a masterful and tasteful player. Unbelievable. That must have been something to hold his guitars. I envy you! Have a great start into the New Year!

@ducktailcat Hi Randy, yes it's me! It was so unreal and unforgettable, I even got to try on Hank's sports jacket. They took us to their favorite Mexican restaurant and we stayed over, they were unbelievably sweet and hospitable. I even held the original prototype of Hank's Byrdland. They took us to a storage room were all of Hank's guitars were safety stored, even his first kiddie guitar, lots of stage costumes, and even the prototype of the first 6 string Gibson EB-6 bass which he used on Little Sister, I Got Stung, Fame And Fortune and such.. the Epiphone "Sugarfoot" guitar, the Gibson ES-345 prototype, the awesome L7C Custom... it was both amazing and unreal to hold these in my hands. These guitars can be heard on so, so many great records. They gifted me with lots of photographs of Hank, and some cards with his authentic autograph. We even watched the "Crazy" movie together, with Billy Garland setting next to me as a living commentary track haha.. just awesome! So many great stories, so many information.. and sadly such a tragic thing that happened to Hank. But of course we'll never forget him, thanks to video's like yours. So thanks again for that. Have a great new year in good health with lots of music, hope to see you somewhere down the road next year my friend!

Thank you so much for making this lesson! Besides loving rockabilly, I love old country like this and lessons on this stuff is hard to find.

You're right the most country lessons I find lean towards modern country guitar, unfortunately
