No matter how well-polished her story was, none of the witnesses substantially corroborated her fanciful version of the events (where her victim "attacked" her after she cornered him). It was painfully obvious given the recordings that she was angry at this man for not stopping and angry that he did not get out of the car as she commanded (as if she had any authority to do so). That alone is the real reason she shot him and the jury saw through her tears.

Here is why I think most of us are outraged about this case: this smug, brute of a woman has absolutely no remorse for what she has done. She has not one care in the world for the fact that she took this man’s life and not only that, but to this day feels that it was somehow justified! I usually don’t feel a sense of triumph when someone else is sobbing ~ but in this case I just couldn’t help myself. Because she is simply a nasty creature. Every time I saw her face she had a scowl on it. Those arms folded in defiance as the prosecutor simply spelled out the actions she took that led to the death of an innocent man. Then goes on to try and disparage him, a man who is gone from this earth forever bc of her and cannot speak for himself. I didn’t think there would be any trouble with the jury making the right decision, bc I think it was a no-brainer. The only person who doesn’t understand how very horrific this woman’s actions were, was herself. Again, nasty, cold and brutish. Bye ~ have fun in prison you weirdo!

I personally witnessed a car wreck that catapulted a car across 3 lanes and left the victim's car upright against a tree. I made eye contact with the victim and saw she was ok. People on that side of the highway went to see about her so I felt it was necessary to follow the other driver. The person who caused the wreck kept driving. I got his license plate number and drove closer to him to see if he was alright because I had to be sure he wasn't having a seizure or medical problem. When he said he was ok, I told him what he had done. He was visibly drunk and proceeded to drive away. I went home called the police. They got him told me he was still drunk when they came and told me the young lady was ok.
