Hannah Payne approached his vehicle clearly AFTER blocking him with a loaded firearm, hysterically demanding that he return to the scene of the accident. However, I certainly suppose the actual “testimony” of those who WITNESSED this altercation, or official FORENSIC reports presented at trial that there was absolutely NO finger prints belonging to Mr. Herring found on the weapon used by Hannah Payne or, the actual toxicology report clearly confirming there were NO drugs or alcohol in his system prior to this “supposed” struggle YOU seem rather FIXATED on. Perfect closing argument perfectly complements her colleague's perfect opening argument. This prosecutor clearly covered every relevant legal point. It's no surprise that the jury unanimously voted guilty on all counts.

The man hit a Tractor Trailer; not her car! She should have went about her business! Going to jail and the accident most likely there was some insurance coverage! What the heck

That defense attorney needs to be called out for his horrible antics during that trial, the face gestures, non stop moving and other attention grabbing antics were a clear distraction tactic aimed at the jurors, did anyone see him shaking his head yes at the jurors when the Prosecuting attorney said Mr Herring had no escape route once Hannah blocked his truck with her Jeep, it's as tho he was telling the jurors ,yes he did with that head shake.... I've never seen an Attorney act so blatantly disrespectful in court!!

Unfortunately the victim will never be able to tell his side of the story.... Always pay attention to 911 calls in all cases... It can solve a case!

Did she really think the jury would believe her "self defense" claim? I mean how does she explain all the crap she caused that day? And it's crazy because I think she truly believes in her head that she didn't do anything wrong! It's like the one witness said, that after she shot him she looked all proud like she did something right. She's been playing the victim! She has some nerve acting like she was in fear for HER life! But she definitely thought she had a chance at trial to make it seem that way. And for her to think she was gonna win is just preposterous! The jury would never be able to overlook ALL the bad decisions she made that day. And what's ABSOLUTELY crazy about it all.... It wasn't even an accident she was involved in! She seriously acted like a road rager who was mad because THEY were in an accident! That's seriously how she acted towards him! I mean that's pretty much what she was.... A road rager! And all over NOTHING that had to do with her! But she turned it into HER problem.... How ludicrous. Look where it got her! And a poor guy killed. So unnecessary.... So senseless...

If I were a juror, I would glare at the defense attorney to let him know he was hurting his client’s case. I might even send a note to the judge about him. He is disrespecting his client, the jury, and the process.

She was going to be found guilty no matter what. I believe she was in the wrong, but if this were two white people, we wouldn't even hear about it. The jurors don't want threats/people burning the country down if they voted not guilty.
